Build time in your day for unforeseen interruptions. Its time to own the fact that you cant control what happens every minute. Things happen, whether you want them to or not. So add in buffer time into your schedule to handle these moments. That way, at the end of the day, youll still feel accomplished!

Say no when you need to. A lot of people are stressed just because they arent sure how to decline when they are asked for something. Nutrition

In order to manage your time well, youve got to manage your health well. Studies show that people who dont get proper sleep or nutrition dont function as well throughout the day. When every minute counts, you want to be on top of your game. Eating and sleeping well is half the battle!
